Private Trust Company
To safeguard all the family’s interests we apply our specialist expertise through a bespoke service that meets each family’s particular priorities.
We establish structures – typically, a private trust company – to look after such complex issues as family dynamics, investment management and asset protection, and wealth succession.
A private trust company is a favoured solution for managing the potential conflicts of interests that can arise between different generations and family branches.
We set this up under the ‘umbrella’ fiduciary licence that the Jersey Financial Services Commission has granted Key Trust. This allows subordinate trusts to be located in different jurisdictions – to protect the assets, tax, inheritance and income requirements of the beneficiaries concerned.
