Key Trust Company Breakfast Briefings: CPD 1 hour

Legal, fiscal and other pressures, with their increasing impact on private wealth owners, are focusing legal advisors’ attention on the offshore environment – and in particular on the leading international financial centre of Jersey.

That is why we launched the invitation-only Key Trust Company Breakfast Briefings.

These take place at the Law Society’s headquarters in London. They are CPD-accredited and bring up-to-date information to our professional colleagues who specialise in providing services that use as planning tools Trusts, Companies and Foundations based in Jersey.

Legislation in Jersey, both statute and case law, is undergoing considerable change. Specialists from the Island discuss the potential implications of the latest developments in Jersey law, practice and precedents. These are some of the topics discussed so far:
